Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller

Department: Sales / Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Follow-Up

• Follow up with each lead at least 5 times to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Handle leads received through:
• Digital Marketing
• Telecalling
• Walk-ins
• Unjoined/Unconverted Clients

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases, lead lists, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements, interests, and eligibility.
• Qualify leads and identify potential customers.

3. Handling Inbound Calls

• Attend incoming calls from clients, customers, and leads.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s services and offerings.
• Resolve client queries and provide necessary assistance.

4. Appointment Setting

• Schedule consultations and appointments based on client and professional availability.
• Confirm appointments in advance to minimize no-shows.

5. Product/Service Promotion

• Explain and promote current offers, services, and products to prospective clients.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of the services offered.

6. Follow-Ups & Client Engagement

• Follow up with interested clients who have not yet booked a consultation or service.
• Reconnect with previous clients to promote additional services and collect feedback.

7. CRM & Call Record Management

• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, appointments, and client feedback.
• Document every call and update the CRM/database accordingly.
• Track leads to ensure timely and consistent follow-ups.

8. Achieving Targets

• Make approximately 50–75 calls per day.
• Work towards achieving assigned targets related to appointments, conversions, and other performance metrics.
• Monitor daily performance and take corrective action to achieve targets.

9. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead status, appointments, and results.
• Share client feedback, challenges, and improvement areas with management.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or healthcare sales will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with strong communication and sales/follow-up skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
