Job Overview

Sekhar Group is looking for enthusiastic, confident and customer-oriented Telecallers to join its real estate sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining residential property projects, generating leads and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate property enquiries.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Explain residential projects, apartment configurations, pricing and project details.
Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM.
Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good communication in English and Kannada.
Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
Confident and positive attitude while speaking with customers.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with strong communication skills, confidence, a customer-focused attitude and an interest in real estate sales are preferred.
