Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Experience
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Location: Arumbakkam, Chennai

Responsibilities

Communicate with potential customers and explain company and client services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on initial interactions.
Collect customer details and schedule appointments.
Respond to customer queries received through telephone calls and other communication channels.
Maintain customer information and update daily activity reports.
Support day-to-day administrative activities and coordinate with team members.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Confidence in initiating conversations with potential customers.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
