Tele Caller Executive

1. Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate appointments, follow up with potential clients, and increase salon footfall. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed appointments and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Lead Calling & Appointment Booking

• Call new leads received from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and other marketing platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant salon services.
• Convince potential customers to visit Glamour Studio.
• Schedule appointments and confirm client visits.
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers.

B. Existing Client Follow-Up

• Contact old and existing clients for repeat appointments.
• Follow up with clients who have not visited the salon for a long time.
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, packages, and promotional campaigns.
• Encourage repeat visits and service bookings.

C. Customer Relationship Management

• Communicate professionally and politely with every customer.
• Handle basic customer queries regarding services, offers, and appointments.
• Share appointment confirmations and reminders through WhatsApp.
• Maintain a positive customer experience.

D. Data Management & Reporting

• Update every call status in the CRM or Google Sheet.
• Maintain records of interested, not interested, follow-up, and booked clients.
• Submit daily calling and appointment reports.
• Ensure no lead is missed without proper follow-up.

Only actual client visits will be considered for incentive calculation. Booked appointments or cancelled appointments will not count.

5. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
• Confident telephone conversation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or salon/beauty industry will be an advantage.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of quality calls made daily.
• Number of confirmed appointments.
• Actual customer footfall generated.
• Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
• Follow-up efficiency.
• CRM data accuracy.
• Customer interaction quality.

7. Reporting Structure

The Telecaller will report directly to the Center Head / Manager and coordinate with the Receptionist and Sales Counselors to ensure smooth appointment handling.

8. Our Expectations

We expect the telecaller to be disciplined, punctual, customer-focused, and committed to achieving daily targets. The main objective is to increase customer footfall, generate business, and build long-term customer relationships for Glamour Studio.
