Job role: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: Freshers - 2years
CTC: Up to ₹2 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

Communicate organizational details and explain services to potential customers.
Provide information about clients and address customer queries.
Collect customer details, including name and address, and schedule appointments.
Handle incoming calls from potential customers responding to advertisements.
Follow up with customers through calls and emails to maintain engagement.
Maintain regular reports and support day-to-day administrative activities.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other organizational activities.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach with the ability to initiate conversations.
Flexibility and willingness to take up responsibilities.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
