Position: Telecaller – Loan Recovery

Who Can Apply?

Experienced telecallers with loan recovery experience.
Freshers are also welcome.
Candidates with basic knowledge of loan recovery and collections.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer calls and follow-ups professionally.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.
Follow up on pending payments and commitments.
Explain repayment options and assist customers.
Maintain daily call records and collection updates.
Achieve assigned collection targets.
