Location: Guindy, Chennai

Job Description

Dr. Aravind's IVF and Fertility Center is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team.

Eligibility & Requirements

Freshers to 3 years of experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
Explain services and provide basic information to patients.
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
Maintain patient call records and coordinate with the internal team.
Ensure a professional and courteous approach while communicating with patients.
