Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our real estate offerings, and converting leads into site visits and sales appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads provided by the company.
• Brief clients about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, including plots, villas, apartments, and farmlands.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable project options.
• Schedule and follow up on site visits.
• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
• Build a positive relationship with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10+2; graduation preferred.
• Experience: Prior telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
