Tele Caller Executive,

Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to meet sales targets. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of calls, providing feedback to the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbond calls to potential customers, promoting our Travel products and services, including flights, hostels, tour packages, and travel insurance
• Generate bookings, confirm travel arrangements, and provide customer support
• Build report with customers, understand their travel needs, and provide personalized recommendations
• Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales performance
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer-facing role is a plus
• 10 +2 or any Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to handle rejection and work in a results driven environment
• Fluency in Kannada, English and other languages (if any)

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: 15000 to 50000 per month
