Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally. Provide information about products/services and generate interest. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. Who You Are Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages: e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus—but not mandatory.
