Job Opening: Tele Outreach Executive

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Outreach Executives to join our team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who possess strong communication skills and a positive approach while interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in an empathetic, professional, and respectful manner.
Ensure clarity and confidence while conveying information during calls.
Conduct genuine and polite follow-ups.
If a customer is busy, respectfully close the call without insisting on a specific callback time.
Reconnect with the customer after 2–3 hours to check the status.
Maintain accurate call logs and update system information.
Assist customers by addressing queries and providing necessary guidance.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly call targets.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in customer communication.
Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and composed during conversations.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
