Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to automobile insurance. The role involves explaining insurance policies, renewal reminders, follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-> Make outbound calls to customers for insurance policy renewals (Motor/Two-wheeler/Car insurance).
-> Handle inbound queries related to insurance products and services.
-> Explain insurance coverage, premium details, and benefits clearly to customers.
-> Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
-> Follow up with clients for premium payments and timely renewals.
-> Coordinate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth policy issuance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
