Full job description
We are hiring for our Real Estate Project – Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and prior experience in telesales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to our potential leads for residential real estate projects.
Pitch project details, handle objections, and generate interest.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits or callbacks for the onsite sales team.
Maintain lead data accurately in CRM.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Follow call scripts and adhere to process quality standards.
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecaller / Tele Sales (any industry).
Spoken English, Marathi and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills.
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
