Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Sales & Service Support (South India Language Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–5 years in Telecalling

Location: MODIGOLD PIPES PRIVATE LIMITED, HINGNA, MAHARASHTRA

Salary: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 per month

Language Requirement: Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam (mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller (preferably married female) with strong communication skills to support our South India dealers and sales team. The candidate must be fluent in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam, with good English-speaking ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50+ calls per day (cold calls, service calls, or sales follow-ups).
• Generate leads by researching online and fixing appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain records in MS Excel and Word.
• Coordinate with dealers and internal sales staff for follow-ups and updates.
• Communicate with professionalism and patience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience (sales/service preferred).
• Must speak Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
• Good command over English.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Shorthand knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and patience are a must

• Married, preferably with kids (Female/Male).
• Should live within 30 minutes of travel distance from our office.
• Should have job stability (not frequent job changes).
