We are looking for a motivated and confident female Telecaller to join our team at KPS Construction. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our civil and interior services, and coordinating follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads
- Explain company services and gather client requirements
- Maintain call records and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team
- Provide daily and weekly reports
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
