Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and persuasive *Telecallers* who are fluent in *English* to join our team for both *International* and *Indian calling operations. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, presenting services, generating leads, and ensuring conversions through follow-up. This role offers a competitive fixed salary along with attractive **performance-based incentives.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (domestic and international).* Present company services and solutions clearly and convincingly.* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.* Maintain and update the CRM system with call logs and lead status.* Follow up on cold and warm leads to increase the chances of conversion.* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.* Handle client queries with professionalism and resolve objections.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* *Fluent in English* (must be able to speak clearly and confidently).
* Previous experience in *telecalling, telesales, or customer support* is a plus.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.* Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.* Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM tools.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Open to flexible working hours for handling foreign clients, if needed.
