Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller fluent in Hindi to promote and sell our software products over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Hindi.
• Explain software product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
• Follow up on leads and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Hindi (spoken); basic English is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with software products or IT services is an advantage.
• Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

Work Hours: Flexible (based on your business hours and target market)
Compensation: Fixed + Incentives (based on experience and sales performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
