Job Summary

We are looking for a Calling Recruiter to manage the initial stages of our recruitment process. The role involves reaching out to candidates, screening profiles over calls, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates as per job requirements.
  • Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details clearly to candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, feedback, and joining updates.
  • Assist in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding.
