Job Overview: The Telecaller Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, promoting and selling products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves making sales calls, providing information, and resolving customer issues in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Inbound and Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads. Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns. Promote products and services based on customer needs. Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Listen to customer concerns, provide information, and suggest appropriate solutions. Record and track customer information in the CRM system. Sales and Promotion: Meet sales targets and KPIs by effectively selling products and services. Upsell or cross-sell services based on customer requirements. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls made and received. Enter customer details and feedback into the system. Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints, issues, or queries in a timely and professional manner. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality. Reporting: Provide regular reports to supervisors or managers about call outcomes, customer feedback, and issues. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals. Coordinate with other departments, if necessary, to address customer needs. Qualifications and Skills: Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience : Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to converse effectively with diverse customers. Customer Orientation : Ability to understand customer needs and deliver high-quality service. Sales Skills : Proven sales experience or the ability to generate sales through calls. Technical Skills : Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, or other office tools. Problem-Solving : Ability to think quickly and resolve customer issues effectively.
