The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers. - Explain the features and benefits of products or services. - Generate sales leads and follow up on potential customers. - Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential customers. - Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and scripts. Requirements & Skills: - Education :Minimum Intermediate Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. - Experience:Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
