We are looking for a Tele Caller Executive to join our Team. The person will be responsible to handle the calls related to enquires and guide the people as per the requirements.
Responsibilities
· Handling the customer calls effectively
· Address customer inquiries via Phone & E - Mail
· Meet or exceed customer service targets and objectives
· Adapt in customer handling and maintaining the relations
· Database Management of the clienteles and event follow-ups
Skills
· Good in oral and written communications (Proficient in Tamil )
· Interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Education : Any Graduate / Relevant Academic Qualification
Experience : Fresher’s / 1 yr of experience in customer handling role

Job Type : Full Time
Shift and Schedule : 8AM to 5PM Shift - 1 candidate & 11AM to 8PM shift - 1 candidate (Monday to Saturday)
