Job Description

AzB Academy, a leading online learning platform, is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our growing sales and support team. If you're passionate about education and enjoy interacting with people, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Call potential students and parents to explain course offerings Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate information and guidance Follow up with interested users to close sales Maintain records of calls and customer details Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team lead Requirements: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude Prior telecalling or telesales experience preferred (Fresher welcome) Basic computer skills (CRM usage, MS Excel, etc.) Minimum qualification: 12th pass What We Offer: Fixed salary + attractive incentives on performance Training and skill development programs Friendly and supportive work environment Career growth opportunities within the company 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
