Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and attend inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain Yamaha two-wheeler models, features, offers, and pricing details.
Generate sales leads and fix appointments for showroom visits and test rides.
Follow up with customer inquiries, bookings, and pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct follow-up calls after sales for customer satisfaction and service reminders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
