Tele Caller/ Counsellor - Amity University Hyderabad

University Counselor or Tele caller manages inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students to drive admissions. Key duties include providing detailed information on programs, fees, and eligibility; conducting counseling sessions; and achieving enrollment targets. This role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and, often, a degree with 03 years of experience in sales or counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Admissions Counselling:

  Handle inquiries regarding university programs, fees, and admission processes via phone, email, or in-person visits.

• Outbound Calling:

  Proactively contact prospective students from lead databases to introduce educational programs and drive enrollment.

• Lead Conversion:

  Convert inquiries into admissions by guiding students on career paths and academic choices.

• CRM Management:

  Maintain accurate, real-time records of interactions in the university CRM system.

• Follow-ups:

  Execute regular follow-ups with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

• Event Support:

  Participate in counselling sessions, webinars, seminars, and promotional events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience:

  0–3 years in telecalling, sales, or counseling, preferably in the education sector.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/local languages).

• Skills:

  Strong interpersonal skills, CRM software knowledge, and ability to handle high call volumes.
