Job Description: We are looking for a Telecaller & Back Office Executive to handle customer calls, follow up on leads, and manage basic administrative tasks. The role includes data entry, documentation, and support for daily office operations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound/inbound calls to customers Explain products/services and generate leads Maintain records and update databases Assist in documentation and filing Coordinate with internal teams as needed Skills Required: Good communication skills (verbal & written) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email) Customer handling skills Attention to detail and organizational ability Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
