To excel in this role, you should possess the following superpowers: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on Electronics & Telecommunications. - Specialize in Telco Services (IVR, USSD, SMS, Precall, Merchant IVR, M2M IVR Portal). Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in gathering basic business requirements for Telco services. - Supporting the documentation of functional specifications and user stories. - Contributing to the product life cycle of assigned services. - Monitoring the performance and health of live Telco services. - Assisting in the initial investigation of operational issues and incidents. - Supporting the creation and maintenance of operational documentation. - Learning and utilizing service monitoring tools and platforms. - Participating in testing new service features or deployments. - Contributing to routine daily operations tasks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Support). - Developing an understanding of Telco protocols and service delivery. - Enhancing skills in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
