Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Tekla Modeler with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating detailed 3D models for construction projects within the real estate sector, using Tekla Structures and related software. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Develop and manage detailed 3D models of structural components and assemblies using Tekla Structures for real estate projects.
• Model Coordination: Coordinate and integrate models with design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across all project elements.
• Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection within Tekla models to identify and resolve potential issues prior to construction.
• Drawing Extraction: Generate fabrication and installation drawings from 3D models, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review and verify model integrity and accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to project timelines.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Tekla modeling, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 3 years of experience in PEB structures using Tekla

2. Candidate should have knowledge of using PEB warehouse components

3. Candidate should be well aware of PEB component extraction, part numbering, and report generation

4. Candidate should have basic knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with GA drawings will be highly preferred
