As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for executing and managing BIM/digital engineering work, driving digital innovation in design and construction, and supporting both tender and post-award projects. Your role aims to deliver high-quality and timely BIM/digital engineering services in line with Leightons Digital Engineering Initiative and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead BIM/digital engineering coordination and management on projects. - Implement and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and train BIM/CAD teams. - Proficient in using Tekla. - Generate and review 3D models and construction drawings using approved software (Revit, Navisworks, OpenBuilding, etc.). - Manage and mentor a team of BIM modellers/CAD drafters. - Support tender submissions by creating BIM models and documentation. - Develop and maintain BIM management tools for tracking and reporting deliverables. - Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with company standards and resolve any non-compliance issues. - Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Construction, Design, IT, Pre-Contracts) and external stakeholders (vendors, consultants, clients). Qualifications & Experience: - BIM Certification or equivalent. - 8-10 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination and management. - Proficient in Autodesk and Bentley tools (especially Revit, Navisworks, OpenBuilding). - Knowledge of ISO19650 and other BIM/digital engineering standards. - Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) implementation and multi-disciplinary coordination. - Strong understanding of architecture, civil, and structural engineering design.
