You will need a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with professional certifications in relevant ERP systems. A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems implementation and management, particularly in the construction and solar industries, is required. You should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, construction workflows, and ERP modules such as Project Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Financial Management, and Human Resources.
