Role & responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for placements of candidates from India for German employers: sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews and candidate onboarding Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for roles such as: Registered nurses & geriatric caregivers Mechanical, electrical and fitters Skilled workers in welding, CNC, and mechatronics Work closely with German stakeholders on: Role requirements and qualification checks Interview scheduling across time zones Assessment of intercultural and language fit Support candidates through language training pathways (A1 to B2) in cooperation with partner institutions Liaise with visa advisors and legal experts to support relocation and immigration processes under German migration law Ensure professional documentation and utilize digital recruitment tools (CRM, etc.) Uphold ethical recruitment standards and compliance with German and Indian regulations Preferred candidate profile Min. 2 years of experience in recruitment , ideally with placements to Europe or the Middle East Track record in healthcare, engineering or technical profiles (Non-IT) Excellent communication skills in English ; knowledge of German (A2/B1) is a plus Experience working with international clients or direct reporting to overseas teams High degree of intercultural sensitivity, accountability and process orientation Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Our client in Germany is hiring multiple Steel Benders / Production Workers from India to join their production teams. Selected candidates will work with modern equipment and be part of a stable, future-oriented industrial environment in Germany. Key Responsibilities Cutting and bending reinforcement steel bars and meshes according to construction plans using advanced machinery. Inspecting rebar materials for accuracy, measurements, and quality standards. Preparing and bundling reinforcement orders for delivery schedules. Loading and unloading trucks using bridge cranes and forklifts in compliance with safety regulations. Receiving, checking, and storing materials properly. Candidate Profile Completed vocational training in a metal trade (preferred) or relevant work experience in rebar/steel processing or a similar field. Practical skills in operating steel machinery. Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible with regard to shift work. International exposure is an advantage, but not mandatory.
