The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of IT services and solutions to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements. Daily tasks include managing service delivery processes, coordinating with the IT team, handling client communications, and monitoring performance metrics. The role requires maintaining high customer service standards and continually improving service delivery practices.
