Job Title: ERP Executive/ Implementation Engineer Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Department: Implementation / Client Support Job Summary: The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting the company’s software solutions at client sites. The role requires close coordination with clients to understand their requirements, ensure successful implementation, and provide ongoing technical and functional support. Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end implementation of ERP/software modules as per company standards. Understand client business processes and map them effectively within the system. Coordinate with internal teams (development, testing, and support) to ensure smooth delivery. Conduct user training and post-implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues reported by clients. Maintain documentation for implementation steps, client configurations, and updates. Provide timely updates and Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to reporting managers. Ensure all implementations are completed within defined timelines and quality parameters. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of ERP/software implementation processes. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Good presentation and training delivery skills.
