Key Responsibilities Develop clear product positioning and value propositions across different markets. Create impactful marketing collaterals — brochures, case studies, presentations, newsletters, and videos. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and product/feature launches . Manage digital marketing presence including website, social media, and email campaigns. Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain visual and message consistency. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and brand visibility metrics to identify growth opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field . 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing roles. Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign execution . Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, CMS). Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills. Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and design aesthetics . Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Server & Infrastructure Management Install, configure, manage, and harden Windows and Linux servers. Administer Active Directory, including domain services, OU/GPO management, user lifecycle, permissions, and authentication policies. Monitor server performance, uptime, logs, and resource utilization. Support and maintain virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V). 2. Networking & Security Operations Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing. Administer Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including: Firewall policy configurations NAT, IPS/IDS SSL/IPSec VPN Web filtering and security profiles Traffic monitoring and log analysis Manage enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure using Cambium access points and controllers. Perform network security hardening, monitoring, and threat response. 3. Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Administration Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) for user provisioning, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and identity governance. Troubleshoot mail flow, authentication, and Microsoft 365 access issues. 4. Endpoint Security & Compliance Administer endpoint security platforms such as CrowdStrike EDR. Ensure antivirus, patch management, and security policies are continuously enforced. Perform vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation, and security configuration reviews. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, standards, and audit requirements. 5. User & Technical Support (Strong L1/L2 Ownership) Provide independent support for hardware, OS, network, and software issues. Handle escalated L2 tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Maintain IT helpdesk operations and user satisfaction. 6. Backup & Disaster Recovery Manage daily/weekly/periodic backup operations (onsite/cloud-based). Conduct test restorations to ensure data integrity and availability. Maintain and improve disaster recovery plans and documentation. 7. Software & Asset Management Maintain complete and accurate IT asset inventory (systems, peripherals, licenses, accessories). Track and manage software licenses, renewals, updates, and compliance. Support procurement of IT hardware/software and ensure alignment with business needs. 8. Security & Compliance Management Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and endpoint security standards. Perform regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and compliance checks. Ensure adherence to data protection policies and audit controls. Collaborate with internal teams during security incident reviews or investigations. 9. Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of: System configurations and network diagrams SOPs, installation guides, and checklists Backup/DR records Incident resolutions and RCA reports Update and maintain the IT knowledge base and internal documentation. 10. Additional Responsibilities Provide support for CCTV, access control systems, biometric devices, and conference room equipment. Assist and prepare documentation for IT audits and compliance assessments. Coordinate with vendors for system repairs, replacements, AMC agreements, and procurement.
