Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with S4 HANA expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development, particularly in S4 HANA implementations. The role involves leading junior team members and independently managing technical specifications and development tasks. This is a hybrid role, offering opportunities in multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Gurugram, Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP ABAP development projects in S4 HANA environments. Guide and mentor 1-2 junior team members, overseeing their development work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand technical requirements. Design and develop technical specifications (TechSpec) and independently build objects based on business requirements. Provide development expertise in at least 3 of the 6 WRICEF areas (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms). Contribute to successful S4 HANA implementation and migration projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical deliverables. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing programs and solutions as per business needs. Ensure compliance with SAP development guidelines and best practices. Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with exposure to S4 HANA implementations. Proficiency in at least 3 out of 6 WRICEF components (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). Ability to manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and oversight. Expertise in designing technical specifications (TechSpec) and independently developing solutions. Strong analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
