Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Project Manager located in Pune. The Solar Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing solar projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, expediting materials and resources, handling inspections, and managing logistics to ensure smooth project execution and completion. Qualifications ***( Mandatory ) 5 to 6 yrs Minimum experience in delivering solar project at 5MW capacity , understanding MSEDCL project documentation and approval process flow is A MUST***if u dont have it , pls dont apply*** to save time. Expeditor and Expediting skills Proven Project Management skills Inspection expertise Expertise in Logistics Management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Min 5-6 yrs Solar Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
