In our journey of rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Team Lead to drive revenue, foster a high-performance team, and influence the future of our go-to-market strategy. Role Summary: As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will have a crucial role in overseeing and expanding our inside sales operations. Your responsibilities will include coaching a growing team, generating pipeline opportunities, and refining our sales strategies to align with our rapid growth. This role offers the chance to take charge, experiment, and establish processes that evolve alongside the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to surpass revenue and activity targets. - Cultivate a data-driven, high-performance culture that values quick experimentation and continuous improvement. - Enhance outbound and inbound sales techniques; contribute to designing and enhancing playbooks to enhance conversion rates and sales velocity. - Manage pipeline reporting, forecasting, and team performance metrics. - Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training to new sales representatives to keep pace with our growth. - Uphold CRM hygiene. - Engage with high-value prospects and provide support during calls, demos, or negotiations as necessary. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 5 years of inside sales experience in a B2B tech/SaaS setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position. - Strong background in a scale-up or high-growth environment; ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. - Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and achieve ambitious targets. - Familiarity with contemporary sales tools and processes for scaling (CRM, outreach tools, analytics). - Proficient in B2B SaaS sales cycles and lead qualification frameworks like MEDDIC or BANT. - Data-centric approach with robust analytical and reporting capabilities. Nice to Have: - Exposure to product-led or hybrid sales models. - Understanding of enterprise versus mid-market sales strategies. - Quick adaptability to change and capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.,
