The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5+ years of inside sales experience within a B2B tech/SaaS environment. As a high-growth tech scale-up organization specializing in innovative AI and digital transformation solutions for SMB and SME sectors, we are in search of a driven Inside Sales Team Lead to play a crucial role in revenue generation, team development, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and expanding our inside sales function by coaching a growing team, fostering pipeline creation, and refining our sales strategies to align with our rapid growth trajectory. This position offers the opportunity to take charge, experiment with new ideas, and establish scalable systems that evolve alongside the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to surpass revenue and activity targets. - Cultivate a high-performance culture driven by data and focused on continuous experimentation and improvement. - Enhance outbound and inbound sales strategies, contribute to playbook refinement for enhanced conversion rates and accelerated sales cycles. - Take ownership of pipeline reporting, forecasting, and team performance metrics. - Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training for new sales representatives to accommodate company growth. - Uphold CRM best practices and cleanliness. - Engage with high-value prospects and provide support during calls, demonstrations, or negotiations as necessary. Qualifications: - 5+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B tech/SaaS setting, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. - Proven track record in a scale-up or high-growth environment, comfortable with multitasking and assuming various roles. - Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and achieve ambitious targets. - Proficiency with modern sales tools and processes (CRM systems, outreach platforms, analytics). - Strong grasp of B2B SaaS sales cycles and familiarity with lead qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT. - Possess a data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to product-led or hybrid sales models. - Understanding of enterprise versus mid-market sales strategies. - Ability to adapt swiftly to changes and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.,
