Application support Engineer (ASE) (We are hiring ASE (Application support Engineer) for our banking client in this role who will handle all the queries via. mails, chat , calls raised by application/system users i.e. bank's employees.) kindly check the JD below for requirements Designation: Application Support Engineer Years of Experience:1 to 2 years, (English communication must) Notice: Immediately Joiner (only ready to join profile will be scheduled for the interview) Job Role: Production support of the banking applications(sales force, current account) Understanding of various software/webs applications. Providing support through multiple channels like emails, WhatsApp, phone call Co-ordination with internal and external stake holders for issue resolution. Preparing excel report on daily basis and reporting senior manager. Job Requirement Good Verbal & Written Communication skills of English Should possess knowledge on MS-Excel. Readiness to work 6 days in a week. Ability to guide users on usage of system. Shift Timing: Dayshift only. Communication: English
