Job title: Sales Executive, Techotlist Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for driving subscriber growth across Techotlist' s core user segments: IT job seekers, US IT recruiters , and Bench Sales Marketers. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to onboard new users and increase platform adoption. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and an understanding of the IT staffing and recruitment ecosystem. Roles and Responsibilities Strategy and business development Segment-specific sales: Create and execute targeted sales plans for each user group: US IT Recruiters and Bench Sales Recruiters: Utilize B2B sales strategies to onboard new companies. Job seekers: Implement B2C tactics to increase individual user sign-ups and engagement. Market research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and the specific needs of each user segment to identify new selling possibilities and market opportunities. Product knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Techotlist' s features and value propositions for each user type, including AI matching, networking, and resume management. Sales forecasting: Provide regular reports and accurate sales forecasts to management. Lead acquisition Lead generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media, specifically targeting IT recruiters, bench sales executives, and IT consultants. Subscriber meetings: Conduct sales meetings and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective subscribers, demonstrating how Techotlist can streamline their recruitment or job-hunting processes. Onboarding: Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial outreach to successful onboarding and user adoption. Ensure a seamless login and registration process for all new subscribers. Account management Relationship building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with subscribers in all segments to ensure satisfaction, encourage platform usage, and identify upselling opportunities. Feedback collection: Act as a bridge between users and the product team, gathering feedback on platform features and sharing it with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within tech, or IT staffing and recruitment company. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple subscriber segments simultaneously.
