As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support specialist at EY, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting applications, conducting testing, managing deployments, and performing root cause analysis & defect fixes. You must have a deep understanding of the Guidewire framework, implementation, architecture, and components, along with experience in Guidewire Claim Center version 9.0+. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance with 6 to 8 years of experience - Being flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift, UK Shift) and On-Call Support on a rostered rotational basis - Managing Guidewire CC Configuration and Integration - Proficient in enhancements, conducting testing, and managing deployments - Implementing Rules (including UI Validation) using GOSU scripting - Configuring Metadata of Rules (including UI Validation) - Integrating with External Systems using Guidewire Platform supported integration techniques To qualify for this role, you must have expertise in: - Guidewire CC Config - Gosu Scripting, UI & Data Models - Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic Additionally, certification in Guidewire CC and ITIL would be beneficial.
