As a Varicent Sales and Performance Management suite Application Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in incident management, ticket analysis, and requirement analysis for enhancements. Your responsibilities will include investigating Varicent issues, providing necessary fixes, testing and deploying applications and systems, as well as collaborating with internal and external teams for software design and architecture. To succeed in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in configuring Varicent's Sales and Performance Management suite, with expertise in commission and compensations configuration for life insurance and annuities products. Familiarity with SPM batch setup, data model, integrations, and software design principles is essential. Experience with React, Redux, .NET, TypeScript, REST APIs, and single-page applications is required, along with proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Additionally, you should possess excellent troubleshooting, communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of software development best practices. To qualify for this role, you must be strong in Varicent SPM Module, React, Redux, .NET, TypeScript, and REST API, with a willingness to work in night shifts and provide on-call support. An educational background in Information Technology or equivalent working experience is preferred. Your exposure to working in shifts and on-call support will be an added advantage.
