Calling Customers Establish and maintain direct communication with customers to build relationships and close sales. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introduce products or services, and explain their benefits. Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information and take follow up on leads and close sales over the phone. 5. Generate Requirements and Quote Them Accordingly - Understand customer requirements and provide accurate quotes to meet their needs, Gather detailed information about customer requirements, Work with internal teams to ensure product or service availability, Prepare and send accurate quotes to customers and negotiate terms and conditions as needed. 6. Meetings via Google meet if Required - conduct virtual meetings with clients to discuss requirements, present solutions, and build relationships, Conduct productive and professional meetings to discuss business opportunities and Follow up on meeting outcomes and actions. 7. Maintain Good Relationship with Customers - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business success, Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
