We are seeking a Identity Security Engineer L1 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and securing our CyberArk environment to protect our critical IT infrastructure and sensitive data. Responsibilities: Manage customer support tickets & maintain SLA. Interact with customers, & maintain and update reports on a daily and weekly basis. You may also be required to work on implementation projects. You will also be expected to create and maintain a learning path for Identity Security software as per designated by the organization. Interact with team members and train them whenever needed. Experience in Windows Admin, Linux Admin, and Windows AD must. Basic knowledge of Networking required. Experience or knowledge in identity security will be preferable. Basic knowledge or experience in PAM is preferable. Basic Knowledge of CyberArk PAM solution. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk products, including PSM, AIM and EPM. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, techniques, and technologies, such as access control, identity and access management, encryption, and network security. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Relevant certifications, such as CyberArk Certified Trustee, Defender, or Sentry, are a plus.
