Program Management Associate (PMA) would work closely with the Program Lead. She/he will be accountable for data management, data cleaning, data analysis, reviewing progress, research, and reporting internally all program communications, data management, and analytics. She/he will also be responsible for: Support the Program Lead for program activities data management Support program reporting across multiple thematic areas, Support Finance, Human Resource (HR) and other support function in program The key responsibilities for the PMA: Support Program Managers for program related data monitoring through research, reports, pitch decks, data quality assessments and data analysisBuild program reports for donors, key stakeholders like Third Party Agencies, TechnoServe’s US Head Quarters and Program teamsCoordinate with Monitoring and Evaluation team for development and management of central data and reports repository for program tracking of deliverables engage with the Monitoring and evaluation team to support program impact studies and analysesResponsible for submission of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Annual Reports (ARs) and other Pe- riodic Reports as per program/donor requirements Extensively engage with the program teams based in different locations to ensure timely and high quality update of MISes and relevant MoVs for program componentsWork with TechnoServe Fellows in their assignments e.g. value chain studies, strategic documents, and/or design other analytical frameworksSupport other cross-functional teams in the achievement of program deliverables, and multi-task on internal deliverables to support senior managementHelp promote the Program and TechnoServe’s work with immediate and related stakeholders through creation and dissemination of a variety of communication collateral and knowledge presentations. write publishable case studies/social media posts for the programAlong with the TechnoServe team bring learnings from past TechnoServe successes and proven best practices to the program implementation. Preferred Skills & Experience: This role calls for an intrinsically motivated and passionate individual, looking to work in a cross-func- tional role for program research, proposal writing, design, and development of ongoing and new projects in India. Manager - Proposal & Program Development Mumbai Metropolitan Region 6 - 10 years None Not disclosed On-site Full Time

Profile Description: Design innovative programs on value chain strengthening, improve farmer incomes, sustainable sourcing, regenerative agriculture, entrepreneurship, and conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and gaps. Perform donor landscaping to map potential funding sources and tailor program design to align with donor priorities and market needs. Write winning proposals: Collaborate with project staff and regional leadership to design, write, and submit clear, concise, and compelling proposals that result in funding for the organization. Develop concept notes and pitch documents that garner donor interest and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships. Guide the proposal development process: develop and manage proposal calendars; facilitate kick-off and review meetings; develop the proposal outline with compliance guidelines. Support all aspects of proposal development, including coordinating complex efforts with dispersed proposal team members, drafting and updating organizational qualifications statements, editing and formatting technical proposals, drafting staffing and management sections, and supporting recon and capture efforts. Build internal capacity in new business development, ensure the adoption of best practices, initiate quality assurance systems. Coordinate with TechnoServe’s Global Program Development and Strategic Initiatives teams to share intel and best practices, contribute to global initiatives, and collaborate on proposals. Contribute to improved efficiency and effectiveness of PD operations through knowledge management, including updating and expanding PD resources, tools, and processes. Actively cultivate new prospects: create and strengthen relationships with public and private donors Liaise with public sector funding agencies, institutional foundations, corporations and other private donors. Preferred skills include: Graduate or postgraduate in Development Economics, Journalism or similar from International or premier institutions Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in a consulting or development sector with a keenness to work on poverty related challenges facing agriculture in India.
