Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage project-wise accounts for civil and construction work. Handle vendor bills, purchase entries, and site expense management. Prepare and reconcile GST, TDS, ESI, and PF returns and records. Maintain statutory compliance and timely filing of all returns. Manage client billing, payment follow-ups, and petty cash. Coordinate with site engineers and management for budget tracking and reporting. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation in Tally ERP. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil/construction accounting. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, ESI & PF.
