As a Junior IT Enterprise Architect at Five9, you will play a crucial role in providing business technology leadership, enterprise architecture, and strategic planning for Five9's corporate business systems and infrastructure. Reporting to the CIO, you will support and enhance Five9's Enterprise Architecture capability, contributing to the company's growth and stakeholder experience by aligning technology with business operating models. Your responsibilities will include understanding the business vision, developing and evangelizing multi-year architecture and technology roadmaps, creating systems and technology architecture models, managing current state architecture artifacts, and facilitating updates for future state architecture artifacts. You will collaborate with IT teams, champion various architectural initiatives, and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 or more years of IT and business/industry work experience, including knowledge of IT architecture principles, systems design and deployment, and technology lifecycle management. Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX is preferred. You should be self-motivated, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.
