About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide expert technical support for our enterprise customers using our LLM-based document processing platform 2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, often involving Python scripting and API integrations 3. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and contribute to product improvements 4. Create documentation and knowledge base articles based on resolved customer issues 5. Build custom Python scripts to help customers optimize their use of our platform 6. Customer-first mindset and empathetic approach to support 7. Excitement about AI/ML technologies, particularly in the LLM space 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment 9.
