Project Role Description :Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Microsoft SQL SME, youll be the go-to expert for designing, deploying, and optimizing SQL Server environments. Youll work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of database systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Architect and implement SQL Server High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies (AlwaysOn, replication, log shipping)-Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and T-SQL code reviews-Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server instances (20162022)-Collaborate with developers to design and optimize database schemas-Troubleshoot replication failures and resolve database issues-Maintain backup and recovery policies, including storage and capacity planning-Support enterprise-level deployments and migrations-- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server- Strong knowledge of query plans, indexing strategies, and execution plans- Experience with Windows clustering, load balancing, and storage management- Familiarity with cloud-based SQL (e.g., Amazon RDS, Azure SQL) is a plus- Proficiency in SQL Server Agent, job scheduling, and automation Soft Skills & Collaboration- Strong communication and documentation skills- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior DBAs- Willingness to support critical deployments during off-hours- Manage SQL Server BI components:SSIS, SSRS, SSAS- Collaborate with developers to design and optimize database schemas- Troubleshoot replication failures and resolve database issues- Maintain backup and recovery policies, including storage and capacity planning- Support enterprise-level deployments and migrations- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices Required Skills- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server- Strong knowledge of query plans, indexing strategies, and execution plans- Experience with Windows clustering, load balancing, and storage management- Familiarity with cloud-based SQL (e.g., Amazon RDS, Azure SQL) is a plus- Proficiency in SQL Server Agent, job scheduling, and automationProfessional & Technical Skills:
