Technology Specialist (IT)

You will be joining our Global Application Maintenance and Support team as a JDE Developer. Your role will involve supporting and enhancing JD Edwards applications and interfaces. To excel in this position, you will need a strong technical background, top-notch problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a global team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for JDE Applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new solutions. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. - Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability. - Document technical specifications and support procedures. **Qualifications:** - Proficient in JDE EnterpriseOne tools such as OMW, FDA, RDA, TDA, BSFN, Orchestration, BI concepts, and GoAnywhere tool or SFTP tools. - Skilled in programming languages like C, SQL, PL/SQL, and Groovy. - Experience with Database Technologies, particularly Oracle. - Minimum 3 years of development and support experience. - Familiarity with global enterprise environments. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ServiceNow is a plus. - Experience in ERP development activities including object customization, technical specifications, unit testing, data migration or conversion, and troubleshooting. - Ability to create and manage various types of UDOs like Queries, Grid Formats, CafeOne, One View Reports, One View Watchlists, Images, Form Personalization, EnterpriseOne Search, and Form Extensions is advantageous. - Proficiency in developing and managing RESTful APIs for seamless integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a plus. **About Us:** Our company is at the forefront of innovation in the energy industry, shaping the landscape to deliver sustainable energy products globally.
