Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Python Developer or Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), with expertise in Python programming and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in the Retail industry. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain knowledge to drive the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that enhance customer experiences and optimize retail operations. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions tailored to the Retail domain.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify and solve complex business problems.Develop scalable and efficient Python-based machine learning pipelines and frameworks.Implement and optimize algorithms for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, recommendation systems, pricing optimization, and inventory management.Ensure the quality and performance of AI/ML models through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to solve real-world retail challenges.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Required Skills and Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Technical Expertise:Proficiency in Python and its libraries/frameworks Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and natural language processing (NLP).Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Hands on Experience of using traditional Machine learning models and deep learning models. ML model evaluation and deployment.Strong Python development experience. Should have good hands on experience in hosting python applications using Fast or Flask APIs.Should have used Github for source code managementShould have knowledge about integrating LLM api calls.Should have basic knowledge about orchestration tools -- LangchainHands on Implementation knowledge of RAGHands on Implementation of AI Agents using Agentic architechture Leadership Skills:
